Genome assembly (with general curation)

As described in Bioinformatic Workflows = £2,600 (inc VAT)

Pre-requisite: 20x coverage HiFi, Hi-C (preferably Arima)

Genome annotation (with general curation)

As described in Bioinformatic Workflows = £4,600 (inc VAT)

NCBI submission (including annotated genome)

Prepare EMBL file and correct, submit all data = £1400 (incl VAT)

Gene family curation

Check and correct, create gene models of gene family i.e. P450 120-150 gene models = £2,400 (inc VAT)

Pre-requisite: RNA-seq and annotated genome
